Blidinje Direct is not a booking platform and does not itself own, manage, or operate any of the properties listed or recommended through the Site. Any booking, reservation, or accommodation agreement is made directly between you and the property owner or host (the "Host").

We may facilitate introductions or share contact details between you and Hosts, but:

• We are not a party to any contract between you and a Host;
• We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or specific terms offered by a Host; and
• It is your responsibility to review, understand, and agree to the Host’s own terms, rules, and policies.

2.3 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Site and Services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those relating to travel, accommodation, consumer protection, and data privacy.

2.4 Account & Access (If Applicable)

• Any property or Host will meet your personal expectations or specific requirements;
• All information provided by Hosts is always complete, current, or error‑free; or
• Your access to the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or defects.

4.2 Third‑Party Services and Hosts

The Site may include links, details, or introductions to third‑party websites, Hosts, or services. These are provided solely for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for third‑party content, policies, or practices.

Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between you and a Host (or any other third party) are solely between you and that third party. Blidinje Direct is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any loss, damage, or liability arising from such interactions.

4.3 Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Blidinje Direct, its owners, operators, or collaborators be liable for any:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be limited to the greater of:

• The amount (if any) you have paid directly to us for use of the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• Fifty Euros (€50) or equivalent in local currency.
